Do I drink tea or not to drink tea

It's been bugging me lately to be physical fit and to have a healthy life style but how could I when all the things that I eat is fatty and I don't want to eat too much veggie for my meal. Now more than ever I want to try drinking tea but I couldn't get myself to do it. Researching what are the benefits of tea makes me want to drink it but how could I encourage myself? Most of the time, when someone give me a tea I wouldn't care less. Let it gone to waste that was I thought before but right now, I am rather old and I don't want to live every day in my life with a toxic body. Forums and blog says that tea is good on getting toxic out of your body, treat cancer and many more that I couldn't even remember. Each tea has its own good ways to replenish your body.

Right now, my first step will be drinking the natural tea of ginger. I really don't know if I will like it but I will surely try it now. (Crossing my fingers that I could help myself even a little sip). I'm making my ginger tea just like the forums and site that suggested. While I'm making this post, I'm on the edge of experiment. Rather scared what it will taste like since its a ginger and on the first place I don't like it....waaahhhh. Anyways, I need to be tough on myself.

RECIPE:

4 cups of water
4 loves of thinly slice up ginger
2 pcs of lime
1 tablespoon of sugar (since I don't have honey)

My reaction about the ginger tea will be post later on.

Update: Not that good for me. I prefer milk over this. Gush, I'm such a kid.
