The thing that I didn't know since I'm no particular what is the inside of the food I intake(What can I gain from it). I didn't mind at all if it is healthy or not. As long it taste good then that's the food I want. But lately Ive been cautious about my figure. Ive been a little shabby now. My mother always scold me that I keep gaining weight since I graduated. I can't help it, I am just at home and my work is like sitting on the computer whole day. My belly is really getting bigger because I don't exercise anymore too.
